East and Willow accepts all major credit cards via a secure payment system. You do not need to have a PayPal account to make a purchase and can use your credit card through the payment system. 

ORDERS/ SHIPPING:

Shipping (United States)

All orders are shipped via USPS.  Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be shipped out. Also make sure shipping address is correct as all orders will be shipped to the address you supply.  East and Willow is not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen packages once they are shipped by USPS.

Shipping (international)

East and Willow is based out of the United States and currently only ship in the US and certain international locations (please see locations at checkout.) East and willow is not responsible for orders once they have left USPS. 

I entered the wrong shipping address when I placed my order, What can I do?

Email us at eastandwillow@gmail.com right away with your order number and I can edit your shipping address IF the item has not yet shipped. Once an order is shipped we cannot edit shipping information and you will need to speak with USPS to resolve any issues.

I received a shipping notification but when I click the link I am not able to track my package. Is my tracking number wrong?

Your tracking number is correct! When you receive your notification it means that we have packaged your order up for shipping and USPS has picked it up. It usually takes one business day for USPS to scan the tracking number into their system. Check the link again tomorrow and you will likely be able to track your package from that point on.

How long will it take for my order to ship?

Unless otherwise noted, orders usually ship within 5 business days. Please view the item description as some items may still be in production and will not be shipped until a later date due to holidays.

What do I do if my order shipped but I never received it?

If your tracking number says "delivered" or "out for delivery" but you haven't received your package, please contact your local USPS office (or local post office if international). In most cases, they will be able to help you locate the package. East and Willow will not be held responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.

I want an item but you don't have my size. When will it be restocked?

I try my dest to advertise when a new item or size is back in stock. However, please understand I depend on wholesalers and shop sale analytics to decide if a size or style should be restocked, so an exact date might not always be given. If you would like to be the first to know follow along on Instagram.

SIZING:

Since I carry many different brands, there is no 'standard fit' or size chart currently. Please assume that sizing is 'American standard' retail unless noted that it runs big or small. If a model is wearing an item, the size will be listed in the description box along with the specs of the model.

For adult T-shirts I print on UNISEX Bella and Canvas tee's (unless noted in the description). Usually women order their normal size or size down but this is up to the customer to determine the correct size they would like to order. Please refer to the size chart for each item, located in the product description.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS:

My intention for every sale is that you love your purchase but if something does not work out for you please read below for all questions on exchanges/returns.

We do not offer straight exchanges at this time as stock is constantly changing and we may not have the exact size you need. We do offer returns for store credit on orders that meet our Return Policy guidelines listed below.

You may return any unworn, unwashed merchandise within 14 days of the ship date, along with a copy of your receipt, for store credit only. You must contact me first at eastandwillow@gmail.com before sending the item(s) back.

Items sent without a return confirmation can be refused and sent back at the sender’s expense. Original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping is responsibility of the customer. 

All sale items are a final sale.
